At Mindless Motion LLC, we strive to provide the best possible experience with our AI receptionist services.
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase.
- The client must demonstrate that the AI receptionist was set up correctly and used as intended during this period.
- Refunds will not be granted for failure to complete onboarding, improper usage, or lack of engagement with the service.
After 30 days, all payments are final and non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Submit a Refund Request: Email [email protected] with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Name]".
- Provide Feedback: A brief explanation of why the service did not meet your expectations is required.
- Approval & Processing: Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds under the following circumstances:
- Refund requests made after 30 days of subscription.
- Accounts that violated our Terms of Service (e.g., misuse, abuse, or policy violations).
- Users who failed to complete the onboarding process.
- Services already rendered (e.g., custom AI configurations, integrations, or special requests).
5. Subscription Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must email [email protected] with the subject line: "Subscription Cancellation Request – [Your Name]".
- Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
- Once a cancellation request is approved:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be applied after the current billing cycle ends.
- If a cancellation request is made after a new billing cycle has begun, no refund will be issued for that period, and the service will remain active until the next billing cycle ends.
All subscription cancellations are manually processed, and confirmation will be sent via email once the cancellation is completed.
